Search engine optimisation places certain constraints on the way you write – you must include certain keywords, and a certain number of those keywords, which can effect how direct your message is. Balancing SEO and your marketing message can be done – it’s a specialist skill, but if you are advertising your business on PPC platforms such as Google Adwords, through stand alone landing pages, then the SEO element of a page doesn’t come into play. This gives a writer freedom to write the marketing message exactly as they want it, rather than feeling obliged to work around certain phrases or headings. Writing a more direct message to your target market usually results in higher conversions. The only down side is that you have to pay pro rata for your PPC traffic. It’s also worth split testing different versions of a landing page – changing headings to have more or less ‘impact’, which can compromise the trust of a reader (if it’s over-promising something or claiming something outrageous for example). It’s not just design and layout that can be split tested on landing pages – test bullet points versus plain text. Test 300 words versus 100 words. Test a page with the prices included versus one without. Testing is a key success factor for online marketing – if you can increase your conversion rate from 2% to 3%, you are effectively doubling your sales opportunities, which can significantly influence your profit. |

Let us get straight to the point. The Online World also represents publicity. In the generation today, majority of the people knows to use the computer and internet even the children. Actually, they are more knowledgeable than the adults at times. Every post you upload, blog or whatsoever doing in this dimension can be seen by anyone with no exception. The children of today are very dynamic and adaptable for all the things being seen, heard or touch. The incident wherein a hacker puts hardcore porn in the Sesame Street's YouTube channel is very disappointing. Letting the innocent Kids absorb those kind of things. This issue has a big impact for it defeats morality in a higher level. If it's shown on other adult site, maybe it's has a lesser issue or even not an issue at all but no it's not. The YouTube team did a job well done for taking an immediate action. Hopefully, this kind of internet destroyers or hackers will be controlled now. If not, it can be repetitive or you can expect the worst thing that can possibly happen. You'll never know how it can affect other people lives. It can be a petty issue but like what I said earlier, online world is publicity. Anyone has an access, somewhere and somehow. The power of media is inevitable so please let us be wiser on using it. |

This simple word of advice makes good copywriters legendary. With it, you’re going to increase sales. Without it, you’re finished. It’s deceptively plain, and easily ignored. We already know if nobody reads your headline, nobody reads your content or sales page. This makes the headline the most important element of your persuasive copy. What’s the 2nd most important element? You’ve already read it … The first sentenceEvery ad, article, sales page, or blog post you write must begin with one hell of an opening sentence. That sentence must speak directly to the needs and desires of your audience and your content must deliver on its promise. Journalists call it the lede, the first sentence (or paragraph) is meant to bring the reader into the piece, to make it irresistible, to get the article read. Joe Sugarman teaches that the first sentence of your copy should be short. So short, and so compelling, that it’s almost easier to read than not. I am definitely in the brevity school, but each project calls for its own thoughtful assessment. What sticks, and why?What are the most quoted passages in fiction? It’s almost always the first sentence of the book …
These lines are immortal, because they are (arguably, in the context of their respective stories) great lines. But they are also unforgettable because they are … first lines. Why? Is it the way we’re built? Is it the way we remember? I don’t know, and I don’t really care. It doesn’t matter why, as long as you recognize that it’s true. The first sentence of your copy should be unforgettably relevant, useful, truthful, and tempting, because the first line is usually what sticks in the mind of the reader — for better or worse. But that’s not the most important function of the first sentence … What’s the point?This isn’t about being tricky, deceptive, or even creative. Like all great copywriting (and storytelling), the only goal of the first sentence is to make the reader want to read the second sentence. And the second sentence should effortlessly lead the reader to the third. And so on. So much of what we do depends on the single line.
