Man It's Been A While...

Posted: 21 Aug 2010 03:36 PM PDT

I have been working like a mad man lately and haven’t had the time to keep my posting up to date. Well I have a fresh pot of coffee on and a couple of days to work on my blog, so I will have a few new posts by the end of the weekend, to satisfy the chirping crickets that are my current audience. lol. Hmmn why am I writing as though there is someone else there when I don’t have an audience as of yet? Because there is method to my madness:
1) It’s a good habit to write as though you have someone that you are writing for and when do acquire an audience you do not leave them thinking that they are all on their own and it also fosters the air of connection to someone. Which helps to give the feeling that you are speaking directly to them rather than just spitting out words. Remember a blog is akin to a newspaper or magazine and a website is like a book or storefront.
2) It also helps to keep your outlook on a more positive and optimistic note rather than depressing you with the fact that it takes time to build a presence with an audience for little or no money and to do so ethically.
3) I’m just weird that way. ha-ha sob sob sniffle
